ENDANGERED WILDLIFE
The oil that remains in the gulf from the Deepwater Horizon spill, both dispersed throughout the water column and lurking on the bottom, poses a serious threat to wildlife. We may not know the impact on certain species for decades to come.
We asked several well-know experts their opinions of what the long-term effect of the spill will be on the wildlife of the Gulf region. Their answers are honest and based on personal experience and scientific data. Many people do not want to be confronted with statements about the possible long-term effects on sea turtles, dolphins, whales, and other wildlife. However, the black tide is not selective about what it reaches so please, listen and learn.
